Cary born and raised, Victor Hammer and Kennedy Ubinger aren’t just the owners of HammerScapes—they are the experts you’ll see on-site every single day. Since 2022, they have combined their specialized backgrounds to provide the Triangle with high-end landscaping and hardscaping solutions.

Victor Hammer

Co-Founder | Hardscape & Tree Operations

Victor brings a scientific approach to every project, holding an associate degree in Horticulture Science from NC State University. His technical background earned him a North Carolina Chemical Applicators license, ensuring that every lawn treatment is both effective and environmentally responsible. With a history in tree services and mastery in masonry, Victor leads our hardscaping and drainage divisions, transforming complex landscapes into functional works of art.

Kennedy Ubinger

Co-Founder | Maintenance & Business Operations

Kennedy ensures that the HammerScapes experience is as seamless as the lawns we maintain. A graduate of the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Kennedy manages the business’s infrastructure—from scheduling and invoicing to digital presence. In the field, Kennedy leads our lawn maintenance crews, ensuring that every property we touch meets our rigorous standards for health and aesthetics.
