We maintain both residential and commercial properties on a weekly or biweekly basis only. All properties receive the mow, edge, trim and blow (including decks, porches, drives, sidewalks) every time. We communicate with all of our customers their scheduled day and we operate on a +1 -1 schedule. +1 -1 schedule means we will come either a day early, the scheduled day, or a day late depending on weather and our own schedule.

For residential mowing, we do not do contracts and you can cancel anytime. Most of our clients are on our schedule for the season from late February to November, with cool season grasses starting earlier and ending later.

Pricing for residential lawn mowing is given within 24 hours after submission of estimate request form on our website or after communication via text at 984-242-2053. We no longer visit residential properties for lawn mowing quotes.

 

Commercial pricing requires visitation. Please notate you are a commercial property and all of the services you would like to be included and we will visit and get you a quote within 48 hours.
